Vin d'Acacia	Picolit, Sauvignon. Grapes raisined on racks, manual crushing with brief maceration, slow fermentation at low temperatures. Golden yellow in colour, nose of acacia honey and spring flowers, lingering sweet yet not sweet palate. Drink within 2-3 years. A wine for meditazione or an accompaniment for strong cheeses. Serve cool but not chilled.
