Pujà	Bianco D.O.C. Friuli Grave Grapes: Chardonnay and Sauvignon. A careful selection of a vineyard whose average production is 30 hectolitre per hectare. Colour: Deep straw yellow with greenish tints. Bouquet: Aromatic, lightly vanilla, delicate, it reminds of apple and peach. Flavour: Dry, complex, elegant and velvety. Serving suggestions: A good aperitif wine, matches well with ham hors d'œuvre or with raw or sauced fish; risottos. To be served at 10-12 °c, not cold. It gets better with ageing.
